Dimensions are approximate. Much of my work is created for its artistic value and therefore not everything is functional. Different pieces are finished with a wax polish, rattan, and/or metal. Click on any picture for an enlargement.
For years I’ve been thinking about multipart ceramics. A task made difficult because pottery pieces do not treat each other nicely when up against one another. Therefore, I started to create bottles, etc. in multiples inspired by the Fibonacci sequence. 1,2,3,5,8,13… More recently I’ve begun to stack ceramic parts separated by wooden spacers. I think of these as ceramic sculpture. Please see the large piece on the Home page.
